Our family stayed at the Cattle Baron’s Quality Inn last month during a visit to the Texas Motor Speedway. We come to the speedway often – sort of a thing all of us in the family like to do – but we never stayed here before. We heard the hotel was renovated from local friends so we decided to try it. Most important to me is how close we are to the Speedway and I30. But for my wife, she really gets into the amenities and service of the hotel. I can stay anywhere but you know how the family is!

So I have to say the renovation of the Cattle Baron’s Quality Inn was great, even though I don’t know what it was like before. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were quite nice. Our family loved the hot breakfast – I liked that it was free. And the kids were on the internet non stop and that was free too. My wife and I enjoyed the free manager’s cocktail party. Really the people who work there are so nice and we feel that we won’t try another hotel again when we come back to the Speedway. The Cattle Baron’s was just about everything you could ask for, except for a place to have dinner. But there is plenty of places to eat around there so that is really not a problem either.
